Scott asked me what I was looking for and after I told him he put together a good, better best presentation of three different systems. He explained what each was about and asked when I might be making a decision. I told him I would get three bids and, then get back in touch with him. He didn’t ask when he could call me and I said it might be best to wait a couple of weeks.
Johann was very polite and concerned about my needs. He showed me the problems with my appliance and suggested needed repairs. Since I was am considering a new system, I told him I would wait. You have a very good employee who represents your company very well.
Chase was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained everything.
I have never been more disappointed with the service I received. I think it is ridiculous that I was without hot water for two weeks and I have a new $6500 water heater. I asked repeatedly to have someone in management to call me and didn’t hear from anyone. I have been a loyal customer for decades and was treated like I didn’t matter.

Arrived for ac out. Upon arrival I found the thermostat was blank. Tested power and found the stat had went out. Replaced stat and system started up. I cycled between ac and heat to make everything is starting and shutting down correctly. System is operating properly. Thanks for choosing LBA.

A-1 Sewer & Septic Service performed the following services: - Jackhammered the floor in the concrete patio to get access to install a 30ft liner to the house for the kitchen line stack. - Performed a 100ft hole-to-hole burst from the left corner of the house to clean out past the covered patio. - Trench 30ft of sewer line past the patio to where the two lines exiting the home connected. - Installed two new cleanouts. One in the front yard and one by the back patio. - Bed new plumbing in gravel to prevent any settling. - Passed inspection through Johnson County Wastewater. - Backfilled all of the trenches, compacting the dirt to get the ground as flat as possible. - Poured back concrete to replace what was removed. - Gave homeowner options, through LBA, to replace the rest of the line. The customer opted to use the warranty company for additional spot repair. Spot Repair downstream from our repair was performed by another company, K-Jett. - Hauled off job-related spoils.
Arrived to remedy a system that is freezing up. Checked the evaporator coil to ensure it is not coated in ice. Kicked system on and found it operating like normal. Checked the refrigerant levels and found them off. Performed diagnostic and found that the metering device for the refrigerant is in need of adjustment. Slowly made this adjustment, constantly checking refrigerant gages outside. Once metering device was calibrated properly made the necessary adjustments to the refrigerant levels. System is functioning properly at this time.
Arrived to replace blower motor. Put in new motor and checked running amps. They are holding steady and not jumping up and down like before. There is a 20 degree temp split, which is great. System is running upon departure. Thanks for choosing LBA.
AC is running great. Refrigerant pressures met factory specifications. Furnace blower motor is weak. Blower wheel is also dirty. Inducer motor is leaking. Heat exchanger has heat stress marks. Low airflow through the house with correct blower speeds and good duct work. Thank you for choosing LBA services!

Arrived for ac not cooling. Upon arrival found that the furnace was running but the outdoor unit was not. I found that the capacitor on the outdoor unit had failed and unit went into a lock out. I replace the capacitor and reset system. Everything started up and is cooling properly with a 20 degree temp split. I also rinsed the coils clean. System is running upon departure. Found wire sparky from the disconnect box. Wire was pinched in between the brick wall and the disconnect. Rearranged the wiring and fixed the bare wires. Dispatched for ac not cooling. At arrival the outdoor unit was not operating. After a thorough inspection the breaker was tripped. This fault allowed for a more extensive inspection of the electrical portion. It was discovered that the system on start up was over amping and would eventually trip the breaker. To solve this fault we added a compressor saver to the unit and decreased start up amps to below max and within an appropriate range.
